Return Policy

Returning an Item

In an effort to make your online shopping experience a pleasant one, we try to remain as flexible as possible when it comes to our return policies. You may return, for a full refund, any unused item that is in its original condition and packaging, provided that it has not been monogrammed, within 30 days from the purchase date with the following exceptions: travel accessories including but not limited to adapter plugs and converter kits, manicure kits, special ordered products or any special ordered product when communicated to the customer. Should you need more time, please request additional time when you place your order online. Please note that in cases of orders sent directly from the manufacturer to the customer, receiving an extension of the return time may not be possible.

Procedures for making a return:
Items purchased on line must be returned through the web store. Surray Luggage retail locations can not take back merchandise bought on the web, nor can the retail locations issue credits or exchanges for items purchased on line.
E-mail us at Sales@Surray.com, and include the following information:

Your Name
Your E-mail
Your Phone Number
Order Number
Item you wish to return
Reason for return

We will send you a return authorization number as well as the address to return the merchandise to you. You will be responsible for the cost to ship the item back to us. Once we receive the package we will issue the refund to the purchasing credit card for the amount of the item being returned. The original shipping charge will not be refunded. We do reserve final discretion on all returns. We are not responsible for returns made without a return authorization number.
Please note that in some cases a 15% restocking fee will be withheld from a credit issued for items returned for a reason besides defect, damage or delivery error.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a product sold through our website is listed at an incorrect price, and/or with incorrect product information as a result of a typographical error, SurrayLuggage.com maintains the right to cancel or refuse the order. Upon exercising this right, SurrayLuggage.com will promptly notify the customer of the situation. If your credit card has been charged before the decision to cancel or refuse an order has been made, your credit card will be immediately refunded.


Promotions and Offers

All site wide claims and promotions are subject to availability. Certain products have established minimum prices or are guided by special policies that make them exempt from any offers that they conflict with. Where an exception does exist, we clearly make note of that on the applicable product(s). As an authorized dealer of the products we sell, we do make a commitment to uphold the policies that we, as well as other reputable dealers have agreed to follow.
Customers should be aware promotional offers can not be combined with other promotions and coupons such as free shipping.
