  • Free Monogramming

In our efforts to serve and offer the unique customer service Surray Luggage is famous for, we offer free monogramming on select items. Simply enter the initials you want imprinted in the space available on the products detail page. Typically, items of black leather are monogrammed in silver, tan in gold. Please allow seven to ten days on top of the usual delivery time for your monogrammed order to arrive. Items that are monogrammed can not be returned.

  • Free Ground Delivery on Luggage and Briefcases Over $100.00*

Surray Luggage is proud to offer FREE shipping on all luggage and business case orders exceeding $100.00 within the Lower 48 United States.For products that qualify Free Shipping will be automatically applied in the shopping cart. UPS does not ship "Ground" to Alaska or Hawaii. Orders going to these locations are only sent First Class Mail. There is no First Class Mail service for the last two weeks of December

Not valid on orders for all Tumi products, Armoire jewel boxes, all trunks and select items otherwise noted on the product’s detail page. The notifications as to what items are exempt from the free shipping promotion can be found on the products description page.

Surray Luggage can offer next day, 2nd day, 3 day, and ground delivery. On these items the shipping charge will be based upon the size and weight of the item(s) that you are ordering. An adult signature will be required for any delivery being sent to an address different than the credit card billing address.
