All site wide claims and promotions are
subject to availability. Certain products have established minimum prices
or are guided by special policies that make them exempt from any offers
that they conflict with. Where an exception does exist, we clearly make
note of that on the applicable product(s). As an authorized dealer of the
products we sell, we do make a commitment to uphold the policies that we,
as well as other reputable dealers have agreed to follow.
The Following is a list of current coupon promotion details:
freeshipping Free Ground Shipping on Orders Over $100. Not valid on orders for all Tumi products, Armoire jewel boxes, all trunks and select items otherwise noted on the product’s detail page. May not be combined with other promotions or coupons.
The notifications as to what items are exempt from the free shipping promotion can be found on the products description page, on the check out page and in the field where the free shipping coupon is entered. For these reasons, shipping will be charged on any item exempt from the free shipping promotion, regardless if the coupon is used or not. Shipping will be charged on items ordered that do not qualify for this promotion.
Please Note: Sales tax is charged on the shipping fee for orders delivered with in NJ or billed to a NJ address. The freeshipping coupon does not include this tax. As well as tax being charged for merchandise, a fee of 7% will be charged to the shipping fee, even when the freeshipping coupon is used.
jansfreeship Free Ground Shipping on Jansport Backpacks only. Only valid for orders of $30 or more of Jansport Backpacks. May not be combined with other promotions or coupons. Is only valid on shipping fees for JanSport Backpacks and not on JanSport luggage.
Valued Customer Coupons Customers who place orders, order out of stock items and sigh up for our mailing list are often sent Valued Customer Coupons. These coupons may be used for any purchase in our webstore but can not be applied to any previous orders or used for the purchase of any and all Tumi products.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a product sold through
our website is listed at an incorrect price, and/or with incorrect product
information as a result of a typographical error, SurrayLuggage.com
maintains the right to cancel or refuse the order. Upon exercising this
right, SurrayLuggage.com will promptly notify the customer of the
situation. If your credit card has been charged before the decision to
cancel or refuse an order has been made, your credit card will be
immediately refunded.
Holiday Sales Policy (Valid for orders placed up to Dec 25, 2006)
We are dedicated to offering you a pleasant holiday shopping experience. Most orders will be processed within 1 to 5 business days after your purchase unless otherwise specified. Most orders for in-stock items being shipped UPS ground will arrive before December 25 when placed before 12:00PM on December 15. Most orders shipped on or before December 20th via UPS 2-Day or Overnight will reach their destination before December 25. We cannot guarantee holiday delivery, but we will do everything possible to communicate shipping delays with you. If you would like us to withhold shipment on items that will not reach you by December 25, please indicate that when placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate. In addition, UPS does not guarantee Christmas delivery on orders shipped UPS ground from Dec 12 to Dec 24. We especially recommend shipping UPS overnight delivery from December 16 on to improve the chances your items will reach you by Christmas.
We understand how important it is that the gifts you order reach their destination on time, and we will do everything possible to ensure that it does. If any problems do arise, we will communicate with you as best we can. Holiday refunds can be made up until January 24th, 2007.
