Please Note: Sales tax is charged on the shipping fee for orders delivered with in NJ or billed to a NJ address. The freeshipping coupon does not include this tax. As well as tax being charged for merchandise, a fee of 7% will be charged to the shipping fee, even when the freeshipping coupon is used.

For instance, we track the progress of every order to ensure it reaches its destination. In addition, when the item leaves our store, we send you the UPS tracking number so you can track the progress yourself as well. We understand that in order to be most successful, we need to offer you a pleasant, enjoyable shopping experience, in our hope that you will continue to shop with us.
Post Purchase Support
When you purchase a product from us, you have earned our future support pertaining to that product. For example, if you lose one of the hooks on a garment bag you purchased from us, we will attempt to assist you in getting a replacement. If you run into a repair problem, we will guide you through the process of getting it fixed. We are committed to our customers, and to earning your continued patronage. In the event that a product sold through our website is listed at an incorrect price, and/or with incorrect product information as a result of a typographical error, SurrayLuggage.com maintains the right to cancel or refuse the order. Upon exercising this right, SurrayLuggage.com will promptly notify the customer of the situation. If your credit card has been charged before the decision to cancel or refuse an order has been made, your credit card will be immediately refunded.
Holiday Sales Policy (Valid for orders placed up to Dec 25, 2011)
We are dedicated to offering you a pleasant holiday shopping experience. Most orders will be processed within 1 to 5 business days after your purchase unless otherwise specified. Most orders for in-stock items being shipped UPS ground will arrive before December 25 when placed before 12:00PM on December 15. Most orders shipped on or before December 20th via UPS 2-Day or Overnight will reach their destination before December 25. We cannot guarantee holiday delivery, but we will do everything possible to communicate shipping delays with you. If you would like us to withhold shipment on items that will not reach you by December 25, please indicate that when placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate. In addition, UPS does not guarantee Christmas delivery on orders shipped UPS ground from Dec 12 to Dec 24. We especially recommend shipping UPS overnight delivery from December 16 on to improve the chances your items will reach you by Christmas. We understand how important it is that the gifts you order reach their destination on time, and we will do everything possible to ensure that it does.
